That's certainly not my intention. I do, however, suggest to developers that they should assume their users include all types - including those that are new to the web or struggle to use it. In other words, I suggest they maximize the availability of the content.

While I'm sure there are instances, I work under the assumption that there are no stupid users. This puts the burden on those that provide content to do it in the most usable and accessible way possible.
That being said, in the future I'll try to be mindful that I'm not communicating something different. Thanks for the feedback!
